Victor L. Bretting is an author, speaker, construction executive, ranch owner, and 8th-generation Texan. With nearly 50 years of leadership experience in the construction industry, he has built a career centered on responsibility, perseverance, and service. He is the founder of B-Tex Ranch in North Texas, where he combines his passion for conservation, mentorship, and the outdoors.

An accomplished international sportsman, Victor has pursued more than 140 species across five continents and has earned numerous honors from leading hunting and conservation organizations. His outdoor experiences have been featured on national television, including the Sportsman Channel, Pursuit Channel, and MyOutdoorTV which he co-hosts the new series Trekin Outdoors and The B-Tex Ranch.

Victor is the author of The Man That I Would Become, a memoir that shares lessons on faith, leadership, resilience, and legacy. Through his writing, speaking, and media appearances, he inspires others to embrace responsibility, overcome adversity, and become the person they were created to be.
